VINIFICATION

TASTING NOTES OF THE ENOLOGIST
Color: citrus with greenish lavas.
Aroma: tropical fruits such as passion fruit and pineapple.
Body: intense, elegant, fresh and with persistent finish.

SERVE
Temperature: should be served at 10oC.
Suggestion: it accompanies well dishes of grilled fish and sushi.
