TASTING NOTES OF THE ENOLOGIST
Color: citrine color.
Aroma: notes of peach, lime, grapefruit, honey and toasted
almonds. Body: it's greedy, fresh and with persistent finish.
Temperature: should be served at 8oC.
Suggestion: as an appetizer, accompanying tropical fruits, foie gras and sweets.
