PRODUCTION
Results of the selection of ripe fruits harvested between November and January in extensive traditional olive groves. Olive oil is extracted by mechanical processes in continuous two-phase line, at a maximum temperature of 30 ° C. After decantation by gravity, it is subjected to filtration in a soil filter and stored in stainless steel tanks.

TEST RESULTS
Varietal ripe fruity olive oil with nuances of green. In the mouth it reveals sweet, velvety texture with notes of nuts, almond, and moderate spicy finish.
This is a very balanced and persistent olive oil.

SERVE
Temperature: Room temperature. Keep away from light and heat.
Suggestion: Suitable for wetting bread and preparing delicacies, where the main goal is to maximize the taste of food.
