PRODUCTION
Result of the selection of green fruits, harvested between November and December in extensive traditional olive groves. The oil is extracted by mechanical processes in continuous two-phase line, at a maximum temperature of 30 ° C. After decantation by gravity, it is subjected to filtration in a soil filter and stored in stainless steel tanks.

TEST RESULTS
Fruity green olive oil, with a fresh and intense aroma, the freshly cut herb. In the mouth reveals a perfect balance between bitter and spicy moderate and persistent that make it an olive oil of choice.

SERVE
Temperature: Room temperature. Keep away from light and heat.
